Use of Service
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:
- attempting to bypass rate limits or quotas
- reverse engineering or copying the API
- using the Service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
- reselling or redistributing access without authorization
- interfering with or disrupting the Service
Account & API Keys
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
Billing & Payments
Fees are charged on a recurring basis or based on usage depending on your selected plan. All payments are processed via third-party payment providers. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your location.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise.
Service limits / quotas
The Service may include usage limits, rate limits, or quotas depending on your plan. Exceeding these limits may result in throttling or suspension.
Availability
The Service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, including maintenance, outages, or third-party failures.
Suspension / Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we detect abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
No warranty on data accuracy
VerifNow does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of validation results.
Service changes
We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VerifNow from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerifNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
